A big thank you to Joan Logghe!  I loved participating in this innovative dialogue…poets and artists. As part of her contribution as Poet Laureate of Santa Fe, Joan Logghe conceived of a collaborative project combining poetry text with visual arts.  “‘Odes & Offerings’ was one of the most well-received exhibits The City of Santa Fe Arts Commission Community Gallery has hosted…. The artists juried into this exhibit took the unusual challenge of using a phrase or an entire poem in their visual art and ran with it.,”  Sabrina Pratt, Former Director of the City of Santa Fe Arts Commission.

36 poets paired with visual artists resulted in “a true integration of poetry and form,” several readings and a book published by Sunstone Press.
